We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use KaloGlow. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing

KaloGlow offers paid subscription plans that may be billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Basic does not include a free trial. Pro and Max may include promotional trials, including a 3-day trial when shown at checkout.
Trials require a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription will begin and renew automatically.
You can cancel from your profile or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Prices, plan features, and promotional offers may change, but changes do not affect a billing period already paid for unless required by law.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, And Digital Delivery

KaloGlow is a digital subscription service. After purchase, account access and available digital features are delivered through the website.
There are no physical goods, shipping, or return process for the Service.
You can cancel future subscription renewals from your profile or billing portal.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@kaloglow.com if you believe you were charged in error or could not access the Service after payment.

5. Service Results And Disclaimers

KaloGlow provides beauty analysis, glow-up previews, personalized plans, routines, and visual previews for informational and personal use.
KaloGlow is not medical, dermatological, psychological, health, or professional cosmetic advice.
Visual previews are illustrative and are not promises or guarantees of real-world outcomes.
Recommendations may not be suitable for every person. Consider allergies, skin sensitivities, product instructions, and professional guidance before making changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to harass, exploit, abuse, impersonate, or harm others.
You may not upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
You may not attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, resell, or misuse the Service.
You may not use KaloGlow as a substitute for professional care or use it to provide regulated advice to others.

7. User Content And Ownership

You keep ownership of photos, messages, and other content you upload to KaloGlow.
By uploading content, you grant KaloGlow a limited license to host, process, display, and use it as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload any content you submit.
KaloGlow owns the Service, including its design, branding, interfaces, workflows, and related intellectual property.

8. Limitation Of Liability

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific recommendations, or specific beauty outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaloGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for KaloGlow in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination And Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for KaloGlow or others, or misuse the Service.
You may stop using KaloGlow at any time. Account and data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California unless another process is required by law.
