We collect photos you upload so KaloGlow can provide automated facial analysis, visual previews, personalized recommendations, and glow-up planning.
Your analysis results, saved plans, progress history, and related preferences may be stored in your account so you can revisit them later.
You should only upload photos you have the right to use and should avoid uploading photos of other people without their permission.

Personalization Inputs

We collect optional notes, preferences, goals, and other inputs you provide so KaloGlow can personalize your analysis, routines, and recommendations.
You can choose what to share. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is not needed for beauty recommendations.

Usage And Device Data

We may collect usage data such as pages viewed, features used, error logs, approximate device information, browser type, and referral source.
We use this data to keep the Service reliable, understand what is working, improve conversion flows, prevent abuse, and protect account security.

Payments And Billing

Subscription checkout, card details, invoices, and billing records are handled by our payment processor.
We receive limited billing information, such as payment status, plan type, renewal status, and customer identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing And Service Providers
